Staff Rules

I trust that these rules will be followed by all staff. These aren't here to insult your common sense or intelligence. Just to make sure everybody is on the same page:

• Respect members. Just because you are staff doesn't mean you can take on a "Holier than thou" approach to how you address others.
  
• Respect each other. Yes. We have a chain of command. But that does NOT mean any one person is better than another.
  
• NO ARGUING IN THE CBOX!!! I realize this is a site rule, but as staff you especially have a duty to NOT break the rules.
  
• BE ACTIVE!! If you have been put in a staff position, it is expected for you to be an active member. Admins especially.
  
• If you feel that a person's character application has flaws or you feel something is wrong SAY IT. Do not come to me about it. However, this does NOT mean to be nit picky.
  
• If you're on staff and have a problem with another staff member, handle the issue politely. Do not bash their name or curse them out. Have a civil confrontation, and if things don't work out and the problem persists then come to me.

These rules are subject to change at any time. Breaking these rules can result in a suspension of your position OR removal of staff, depending on the severity of it all.
