Subject: Vampire, Lycan, and Human Rules Thu Dec 30, 2010 5:06 pm
This rules apply ONLY to Vampires and all things related to Vamps.
Human Servants or Animal Servants ARE allowed. Follow the four marks thing though. Marks can be given ONCE a day.
Only humans can be a Human Servant. Humans can be anything from normal, to a Witch, to a Necromancer.
The first four Vamps made can be Master Vampire. Of those four all can be Master of the City. If none of them, take it, or there is a Master of the City left over, oh well. That's that.
Nighthag, Incubi / Succubi, and Rotting Vampires ARE allowed. HOWEVER. Do not godmod with your abilities. Also, remember that these are picky bloodlines. And so if need be they will be shut down until normal vampires increase in growth.
To obtain Master Vampire status, you must be an active member for at least two weeks. After said time, you may apply for Master Vampire status. Staff will look over it, and if you're approved great! If not, you can try two more times. After the third time, if you still have not been approved then you cannot become a Master Vampire. Remember, there are TONS of vamps who live to see five hundred or older and never will be a Master Vampire.
To become Master of the City, you must apply for it. Only Master Vampires can hold said position. You can apply for any city, any number of times. But if rejected you must wait a week before applying again.
Rolling may ONLY be done with the other persons OOC permission.
Vampires do not have to start off as New Made vampires, but they CANNOT start off as Masters.
NO vampires, save the first four, may be above the age of 1,000. The first four vampires may NOT be above the age of 2,000.
The following applies to MASTER Vampires.
Triumvirates can only be formed if all parties have been ACTIVE members for at least 6 weeks, and have permission from at least three members of the staff.
Master Vampires may have ONE species to call as their animal. No ability to call different species or all of them. It's not happening, don't try it.
ONE human servant per vampire. Simple as that.
Turning humans is allowed with their OOC permission. The vampire must drain the human three times in a month to do this. One draining a day.
Sourdre de Sang (Fountain of Blood) is achievable. Just ask the staff to consider you. If you are approved, congrats. You may start your own bloodline. If you're not, don't fret. You can always reapply after one week's time.
One Master of the City per city.
These rules apply only to the Lycan race
Any land based predator can be used (Foxes, wolves, felines, etc.)
Prey based animals (Ducks, swans, etc) must be a cursed based lycan or a witch.
Alpha status must be fought for, and the match IS a death match.
There is a difference between having Alpha power and BEING an Alpha. To have Alpha power you must be an active member for at least a MONTH. After said time you are allowed to apply for Alpha power. If you are turned down, that's okay. Just wait a week and apply again. Keep in mind we can only have so many alphas of a single lycan species!!! Why is it so much longer than a Vampire? Because Lycans can pretty much always become an Alpha.
These rules apply to humans for as long as they are human.
Humans CAN be changed into a lycan or vampire. Vampires can change a human into a Vamp by biting and draining them three times in the same week.
To contract the Lycanthrop disease one must be bitten by a lycan while they are in their hybrid or feral state. It can also be contracted through a bad vaccine.
Humans can be regular average humans, witches, animators, whatever.
Witches who use magic to change shape are NOT able to become Alphas, and are NOT bound by the moon.
Humans whom are turned Vampire are newly made vampires and thus act like it. Meaning they cannot hide their fangs, become perfectly still, must feed often, etc etc.
The first FOUR humans who want to be Necromancers CAN BE. After that, you can only become a Necromancer after first being an Animator. To become a Necromancer, you must be an ACTIVE MEMBER for SIX WEEKS. Just alert staff that you wish to be a Necromancer.
